There Is A Reminder Card For Optometrists

8 years ago, I got a Reminder message from my Optometrist for my yearly visit. Today, with SendOutCards, I might have gotten a card like this one.......

In any event, I did have my yearly checkup and my Optometrist discovered I was hemoraging in my left eye and sent me to a specialist in Spokane, WA.

My vision in that eye was 20-80. That day began my first injection of a very new drug for macular degeneration. In a year, my vision became 20-30 in that eye and that is what it is today. Three years ago, I was diagnosed in my right eye and so every 4, 5 or 6 weeks I am treated for both eyes. Today is the day.
