Congratulations To The Graduate!

Graduation, also known as commencement, is a time of transition.  Whether it be graduating from preschool, kindergarten, 8th grade, High School, College, Trade School, or the Military, graduation requires a mortarboard, a tassel, and of course, the Graduation Certificate.
